PUBLIC NOTICE
Subject: Regarding the E-Draw of Affordable Group Housing project namely “Aster Avenue 36” situated in Sohna, Gurugram bearing license no. 235 of 2023 and Project ID 197.
Whereas, an E-draw for the above project named “Aster Avenue 36” bearing license no. 235 of 2023, Sector 36, Sohna, being developed by 4S Developers Pvt. Ltd., was conducted on dated 27.01.2025 and the result was
published on the Department’s website. The general public/shortlisted applicants are hereby informed that the said draw has been cancelled due to an anomaly noticed by the Department in E-draw for 708 Units of Affordable
Housing Project against the total 51586 shortlisted applications and hence, the said result has been withdrawn.
Now, a fresh E-draw is being scheduled at the earliest for the already 51586 shortlisted applications. The non-interested applicants desiring to withdraw from participating in the fresh draw can opt for the option of ‘withdraw’ before the conduct of draw, as and when the proposed scheduled date & time is declared on the portal. The refund of withdrawn applications will be made accordingly.
